Terms of service
These terms apply to organizations and people using ScanSticker. The person accepting them for a business confirms that they are authorized to do so.
The service
ScanSticker provides equipment records, QR access, service intake, scheduling, field workflows, estimates, invoicing, purchasing tools, reporting, and optional connections to third-party services.
Your organization controls its business records and decides who may access them. You are responsible for accurate account information, permissions, equipment labels, service decisions, tax settings, and financial approvals.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep login credentials and recovery methods secure. Do not use ScanSticker to break the law, access another organization without permission, distribute malicious material, disrupt the service, or probe security controls outside an authorized test.
We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, the platform, or third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when the circumstances allow it.
Financial records and connected services
ScanSticker helps create and deliver business records, but it is not an accounting firm, tax adviser, bank, or payment network. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing invoices, tax decisions, payments, refunds, and accounting entries.
Third-party services such as QuickBooks Online and payment processors have their own terms. Connecting one authorizes ScanSticker to exchange the records described during setup. Disconnecting stops future exchange but does not erase transactions already delivered to that service.
Subscriptions and termination
Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, and applicable fees are presented when an organization subscribes. An organization may stop renewal or close its account subject to outstanding charges and required record-retention obligations.
Following termination, access may end immediately or at the close of the paid period. Export important records before access ends.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep ScanSticker secure and available, but maintenance, networks, devices, third-party providers, and events outside our control can interrupt service. Field teams should use reasonable safety and operational judgment rather than relying on software as the sole control for hazardous work.
